Our Code of Ethics and Organizational Model
Transparency, accountability, respect
The Gruppo Illy Code of Ethics — also adopted by Holding HI S.p.A. — was approved by the Board of Directors on May 28, 2013, and most recently updated in December 2023.
Gruppo Illy is committed to operating with transparency and responsibility, with particular attention to social, environmental, and economic sustainability. The Code applies to all companies within the Group and governs relationships with employees, suppliers, and business partners.
Recipients of the Code who become aware of any violations may report them to the Supervisory Body (OdV) using one of the following email addresses:

Secure Reporting, Guaranteed Confidentiality
Gruppo Illy and HI S.p.A. have established a secure and confidential system for reporting potential violations of laws, internal regulations, or ethical principles.
The process ensures full protection for anyone who, in good faith, reports misconduct or irregularities, guaranteeing both confidentiality and non-retaliation.
The whistleblowing system complies with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, and EU Directive 2019/1937. It ensures confidentiality, protects both whistleblowers and reported individuals, and safeguards against retaliation.
